About Kian D. Khatibi, Esq.

Kian grew up in the New York City suburb of Westchester County. He now resides and maintains a law practice in Manhattan. Kian obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Media, Culture, & Communication from New York University, where he graduated as an Honor's Scholar. He later obtained his J.D. from The Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law here in New York City. At the center of his law and consulting practice, Kian steps to the plate with decades of invaluable experience in the hospitality industry; having efficiently managed operations in both the front & back-of-the-house. Kian holds a New York City Food Handler's Certificate, has received training from the New York Bartending School, the Institute of Culinary Education, has tended bar in NYC's legendary Lower East Side and is a N.Y.S. Dept. of Labor & Dept. of Education Certified Journeyman Chef.

 

In addition, through his real estate brokerage, Moorecraft Group, LLC, Kian has brokered complex commercial real estate deals here in NYC and stands ready to do the same for you; walking through every step with the dual lens of an attorney and a lifelong industry insider. Spearheading the NYC based full-service restaurant consultancy, Kian utilizes a vast and knowledgable network of hospitality industry and legal professionals to ensure each of your issues and concerns are properly and diligently addressed and your investment is given the attention it deserves.
