
Mike Collesano is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and before the U.S. Supreme Court.
In 2004, Mr. Collesano was a Democratic candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives in the 27th District of New York. He established his practice in New York City and Western New York in 2001 after working in Washington, D.C. as Legislative Counsel to United States Congressman John J. LaFalce (Democrat, 29th Congressional District of New York) and the U.S. House of Representative's Financial Services Committee from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that time, Mr. Collesano practiced as an attorney in Buffalo, New York.
He holds an LL.M. degree in International Banking from Boston University School of Law (1996), a J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law (1995), and a B.A. in Quantitative Economics from Tufts University (1991).
A native English speaker, he also apeaks conversational Mandarin Chinese.
